Shipment and Returns
Product Availability
We make every effort to keep our product offerings up-to-date and accurate, but there may be instances when a product is unavailable or out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or offer a refund.
Delivery
We deliver our products to addresses within Colombo and Kandy areas. Shipping and handling fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. We use our riders or PickMe flash to deliver our products, and delivery times may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for any delays or damage to products during shipping.
Returns and Refunds
If unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 3 days of receipt for a refund. Returns should be sent to our stores at Battaramlla or the factory in Madipola. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for perishable products.
